Ruffle White Top Under $20

As much as I'm anticipating Fall... we're not quite there yet.

Yesterday during my lunch break, I stepped outdoors and realized it was 82 degrees out.

Which was not what I was expecting this week. With September coming to a close, I'm really hoping the weather will cooperate with the start of the new season.

I wore this top to work the other day and received so many compliments on it. My favorite part has to be the ruffle sleeves and the peplum detail. Oh, and did I mention... it's ONLY $19. 

It's quite flattering, really, and with the temps still remaining high in the 80s, I think I'll continue wearing some of my favorite summer tops.
