NYFW Look 1

While packing for NYFW, I had two things in mind.

1. Will my feet hurt if I wear these loafers that I just bought?
and
2. Which handbag should I make a statement with, with this look?

To answer question 1, they did. But only because I hadn't worn them before and decided it was a good idea to break them in at Fashion Week, where you walk around everywhere. It's a good thing I came prepared with a huge box of band-aids... But I did receive so many compliments on these loafers, so beauty is pain, right?
Tip for future reference: break in your shoes before you decide to travel somewhere with them.

As for question 2, Trendlee came to the rescue. Since I was arriving on the weekend before Valentine's Day, I knew I wanted a red handbag that was big enough to carry all my Fashion Week essentials and make a statement. This Celine Luggage Mini did just that. I love the front pocket of the bag because there were times when I needed to whip out my business cards, and it really came in handy to have them in such an accessible place. Even though I'm a sucker for any Celine bags, I've also been eyeing the Saint Laurent Sac De Jour Leather bags.

I'll be sharing more of my NYFW looks in the weeks to come, so be sure to stop by!
I'd love to know which look was your favorite.
Thanks for reading!
