My Favorite BlendJet Smoothie Recipe
This is my favorite protein smoothie recipe:
Orgain Organic Protein Powder — this is my favorite one… and it’s plant-based! I’m not a fan of chalky protein powder and I stay away from whey protein because I’m lactose intolerant and cannot have any dairy. I have the vanilla bean flavor but I’ve tried the chocolate one and it’s really good too!
Dates — (THE KEY INGREDIENT) you can get these anywhere. I found these at a grocery store in North Carolina and use 1 date per smoothie.
Oatly Oat Milk — the oat milk makes it creamy.
Bananas or Frozen Bananas — usually I’ll put in frozen bananas so I don’t have to add ice in afterwards, but if you do fresh bananas, I recommend putting in ice.
