On Top of the World

Now that it's officially October...

let's talk all things Fall.
There's so many things I love about October.

I love the brisk feeling in the air. The leaves start changing colors. There's pumpkins on doorsteps. Movie theaters flash all the upcoming scary movie posters. Starbucks displays their seasonal drinks. There's a recurring theme of oversized blanket scarves, trench coats, and boots on the streets.

And yet, every year, it never gets old.

If anything, I'm so excited. I mentioned before, but I've never experienced Fall in New York City.
Just like I've never been to Top of The Rock... until this past weekend.

The view was breathtaking. It was just how I had imagined it too. It goes without saying that I plan on coming back soon. If you haven't noticed by now, I'm a sucker for a view ;)

Thanks for stopping by!

I've been wearing this TOBI blazer on heavy rotation.
It's one of those longer blazers that I've been gravitating towards lately because the fit feels less formal enough to pair with something as simple as denim. It also makes for great workwear! Scroll to the bottom for the link.
