I thought it was only fitting that I kick off this week with this vacay-inspired look that I wore for my fab'rik event at Cameron Village last weekend.
I'm currently on my way to the airport for a fun blogger trip / vacay with one of my best blogger friends... whom I've been dying to meet. Haha. I feel like meeting people online is the norm these days. I cannot wait to show you what we've been planning for months now. We're excited to bring you guys tons of content from a new location, so be sure follow along on Snapchat and Instagram to see where we're headed!
I feel like I've met 90% of all the people that I consider my closest friends through some form of social media. Even as a social influencer, it still blows my mind how social media can connect you to people all over the world. Anyone else have some interesting stories? I'd love to hear them.
When fab'rik asked to partner up to share their chic vacation pieces for the summer, I was beyond thrilled. When I laid eyes on this cape, I instantly swooned. I knew I had to have it. Capes are such versatile pieces, meaning it can be styled from day to night. This cape is such a light summer piece that I'm planning on wearing with skirts and shorts this summer. I opted for these coral shorts (it comes with this top that I also got), and a pair of flatform sandals. Flatform sandals have been my go-to shoes as of late, and even though these are not available anymore, I'm loving this pair of wedges here.
Since items are constantly coming in and selling out of stock, I would highly recommend following fab'rik Raleigh's Instagram (here). They always have new items coming into the store and I love how prompt they are at promoting the items and updating when items go on sale. Not to mention, they're the SWEETEST girls in the store located in Cameron Village. If you ever stop by, tell them I said hi ;)
Thanks for stopping by!
