Chai Tea Latte - ONLY 30 Calories


This post is slightly different from all my outfit posts. Bear with me - I've gotten a few emails about my favorite drink for Fall and I thought it would be a great idea to share as a post.
Yes, I love PSLs (AKA pumpkin spice lattes, for those non-Starbucks people), but I'm more of a chai-kinda-gal.

My favorite hot drink besides coffee and green tea is a chai latte. I try to fix a hot one right before classes in the morning and afternoons so I have enough energy to walk.
More often than not, I will opt for a homemade version (which I'm sharing today) and the best part is... it's only 30 CALORIES.

Wait what? Yes, you read that right.
It's seriously amazing and totally guilt-free!

Youtube vids, recipes (unfortunately there won't be many of those since I cannot cook to save my life - LOL!), hair tutorials... you name 'em. 
Ingredients:
- unsweetened almond milk
- sugar-free oregon chai tea latte
- ground cinnamon
 1. Pour 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk into your mug.
2. Add 1/2 cup of chai over the milk and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of some cinnamon. P.S. I bought my sugar-free oregon chai tea latte mix from Target. You can also find these at Harris Teeter!
3. Make sure you mix it well!

4. Heat it up for 2 minutes.
5. Voilà! You're all done!
