D.C. Bound

Nothing says patriotic and memorial as spending the 4th of July weekend in our home capital itself--Washington D.C. My family and I plan to head up to D.C. for a big family reunion like any other traditional 4th of July. These warm summer nights come with tons of barbeque grilling and the search for the perfect summer dress to wear for the festive occasion. I become more lenient towards stripes, splashy citrusy pieces, and anything entitled to white lace. And simply because it's Friday and I love listing my loving things for the moments, I've rounded up a few of my favorites that will certainly have a say in the next few sweltering hot summer months to come.

Loving things for the moment:
 {Black and white stripes are classic and my usual go-to outfits.}
 {I don't think anyone understands how badly I want this Chanel handbag. It is the epitome of classy and chic.}
{I'm all for the stunning and delicate pink rose that defies this bracelet from other pearl bracelets.}
{Such a sucker for white and lace. They're two combinations that can't go wrong. Note the intricate detailing of the back of this dress. For those who don't know this about me by now: I absolutely adore unique backs of dresses.}
{A cute quote that I like to keep visual in my mind daily.}
{I admire anything in this shade of blue. The fact that it's the shade of the bag makes this photo quite inevitable.}
How are you spending this stupendous and fun-filled 4th of July holiday?
