*UPDATE* Next On The Grow Podcast Series Launch...

Back in the City.

Every time I fly back into New York City after a much-needed break, I feel ready to take on whatever life has to throw at me. I don't know why that is, but I feel more pumped and rejuvenated than ever.

Now that I'm back... I have a couple of things I'll be focusing on the next week or so. One of them being my next series on On The Grow. If you listened to my second series -- social media series -- on On The Grow, then you probably already know that the next series is about my faith and how that applies to everything I do in my life.

This series has been taking longer than expected... and here's why.

These past few days in between launching the new podcast series, I've felt pretty calm. Relieved.
There is a part of me that feels a little hesitant still. There is an episode talking about the darkest moments of my life. I feel safe right now because no one has heard it. No one knows a secret I hid so well for almost eight years.

But the more I've spent time thinking about it, I feel ready. The time feels right.
As the days go by, I feel less afraid of what I think will come of this. I just know that if there is someone out there I can help by sharing my experiences, I want to do it. I used to think that I needed to be perfect in every way, but you don't grow by being perfect. You grow by being vulnerable.
You grow by being honest with yourself first, and then allowing yourself to become that.

I'm planning to release the new series end of this week or the beginning of next week.
Be sure to follow me on Instagram for any updates and some behind-the-scenes work of recording my podcast episodes!

Excited for you to hear this.
