Seeing Stars // Brooklyn Bridge

Spring may be 'well on its way,' but it certainly did not feel like it the morning I shot on the Brooklyn Bridge...

When Kristen reached out to me wanting to shoot, I was all in.
For starters, she's a Tar Heel alum based in Charlotte, North Carolina, so for all my NC people out there... I recommend getting in touch with her to shoot!

We coordinated to meet at sunrise on the Brooklyn Bridge, but I wasn't expecting it to be unbearably cold and windy. Luckily, we powered through and were able to catch some beautiful sun flares and nearly empty Bridge shots. Which, by the way, is a dream come true for every blogger who wants to shoot on the Brooklyn Bridge. It's almost always packed with tourists and people during the day and especially at sunset, so if it means having to wake up at 5 AM, then hey... it's worth it.

A little life update: I'm back in Fayetteville, North Carolina to spend Easter with my family. It's been a long time since all of us (my sister and brother) have spent time together in one household, so I'm really looking forward to catching up and cherishing the precious time we have together.

What are your Easter plans?
