Guide to New Year’s Eve 2018 in NYC + What To Wear for NYE

With Christmas four days away, and New Year's Eve right around the corner... it's safe to say that 2017 is finally coming to a close.

There's something so exciting about spending NYE in New York City for the first time. I honestly don't know what I'll be expecting, but despite the location... I'm more excited to be surrounded by good company. My family is coming to visit me after Christmas, a few days after I fly in from Miami, and I'll also be in the presence of good friends just in time to ring in the New Year. This year, I'll be spending NYE at The Campbell for their Black Tie Ball in Grand Central. Pre-sale tickets are still available, for those who are still trying to figure out places to go.

3. Gotham Hall NYE Bash -- an epic ballroom with a gilded ceiling, stained glass skylight and a buffet station - located in Midtown 
4. BangOn!NYC New Year's Eve Time and Space - located in East Williamsburg in Brooklyn BangOn!NYC usually throws down a good raging party -- this NYE, it'll be a space-theme bash with psychedelic art installations and roaming fire breathers below a spinning planetarium.
5. Watch New Year's Eve Fireworks in Prospect Park - located in Brooklyn
6. Marquee NYC - live DJ all night with an incredible nightclub scene - located at 289 10th Ave
7. PHD Terrace at Dream Hotel -- one of my favorite going out spots -- enjoy the view with the penthouse + rooftop lounge - located at 210 W 55th Street
8. Bryant Park Grill New Year's Eve Party with complimentary hors d'oeuvres - located at 25 W 40th St
9. CATCH Rooftop Gatsby-theme NYE Party - one of my favorite rooftop bars... and it's a Gatsby-theme party! - located at 21 9th Ave
10. New Year's Eve at Refinery Rooftop - this rooftop has one of the best views of the Empire State Building - located at 63 W 38th St
