The last week of class college always marks the start of finals madness.
Senior week is over, graduation photos have been taken, job applications have been sent, interviews have been scheduled. Everything seems to be falling into place, but also chaotic at the same time. Anyone else know the feeling?
The past few days have been such a whirlwind that I don't think I've ever been this ready to wrap up my senior year.
I've spent most of my nights writing papers after papers, preparing for presentations, catching up on emails, and working extra hard to finish strong. However, the motivation is different this time.
This isn't sophomore year where I have two more years to go or junior year where it's just another year awaiting the next...
I'm wrapping up my last college experience.
^ see how I tied that in with today's outfit? Pun intended.
All college talk aside, I wore this look in Charlotte to visit one of my favorite blogger gal pals, Courtney from The Dainty Darling. She introduced me to the cutest Parisian bakery and bistro restaurant called Cafe Monte. If you guys are ever in the Charlotte area, it's located in South Park. I would definitely recommend it!
The coffee itself is very limited, but we ordered some appetizers (I ordered house smoked salmon) and really loved the atmosphere inside.
P.S. I was featured in Raleigh Magazine's April issue this month (here) and mentioned one of my favorite trends for spring is anything blush pink. This dress is actually a light pink shade in person, despite how it looks in my photos.
