2 Types of People To Avoid

I want to talk about something that's been on my mind for the past few weeks now.

There are two types of people that bother me immensely. Emphasis on immensely.

These people will only bring you down. They're toxic, a waste of your time, and irrelevant because they contribute nothing to your path of success.

I also get that that's easier said than done. How do you simply remove someone that you've known all your life, is friends with all your friends, or say, even someone you live with?

One: those who talk about what they're going to do, but fail to show it in their actions.

I refer to these people as those who "talk the talk, but can't walk the walk." Nothing bothers me more than people who will say one thing and do another.

My best advice with that is, if you can't follow through, don't do it. You don't want this type of bad influence where they are just as empty as their words.

Two: those who only are only absorbed with themselves and therefore only talk about themselves.

In other words, you're the listener. Anything and everything you say isn't half as important as what they need to say. They're arrogant, prideful, and want your support. The only catch is, they won't support you.

I'm a firm believer that time heals all. And in these types of situations, I say that you don't need to cut them off immediately, but slowly and surely start to distance yourself from them. Day by day. Week by week. Until finally... they're just a stranger to you. And it gets easier from there. I promise.

Mainly because you know that this is for your own good. You deserve to be surrounded by positivity and positive people that want to see you succeed.
