anyone else stay up super late trying to find out the results of the election? *insert hand raise emoji here* I actually have an exam this morning, so you can say that I'm not in the right mindset at the moment either.
Well. In light of everything that has happened with last night's election, I just want to say that how important it is to stay positive. As Obama mentioned in his final speech last night during Election Night (below), "no matter what happens, the sun will rise in the morning." We as a nation have dealt with tougher situations and people, and I know that we can stay strong through this. We underestimate the power of America and its people. Yes, I do question America's belief and allegiance to many, many things, but I believe that our fight is still not lost. It changes things, but it's not over.
Pray for our country, pray for our President, and be the best true version of ourselves before anything.
