Making That Fall Transition...

These are the last of my New York City photos and I have all. the. feels.
I mentioned in this post (here) about making that transition into fall. Instead of diving straight towards the boots and scarves part of fall, because let's be honest: it is STILL TOO HOT FOR THAT, try incorporating fall transitional pieces here and there. For instance, this gingham top is a great piece to wear with a black skirt, distressed denim, and maybe when it gets colder... a pair of over-the-knee boots. Also, hats. I wear hats year-round, but you can never go wrong with a black hat. If you haven't bought one for fall yet, I recommend this one.

On another note, I fell in love with these wedges in New York City and bought them in both colors. I love how versatile the laces are. You can tie them however you want, and even make a cute bow on the side instead of lacing it up. If you've been following my blog for a while, you probably know how much I love utilizing items that can be worn in various ways. More bang for your buck, really.

Hope you all have a great weekend. Thanks for stopping by!
