S is for...

Spring. Stripes. Scallops. Summer. Sleep-deprivation.
Ha, okay. Ignore that last one, but all of the above.

I've always considered scallops to be a spring trend.
There's something so fitting about a scallop-hemmed skirt in the springtime. Especially with these cherry blossoms in the background. Swoon.

I've mentioned time and time again that I'm very particular when it comes to white clothing. When it comes to wearing white, it's quality over quantity. I think I learned that the hard way when I realized I wasn't wearing most of my white dresses and tops. And now most of them are buried in the back of my closet. Fail. Now, after learning from my past experiences, I look for whites that aren't see-through. If it means having to invest a bit more, by all means... do so!

What are your thoughts on wearing scallops for spring?
