Here Comes the Sun

I had this little moment from Easter weekend where I realized one thing.
And I just thought I should be honest with you all.
Blogging isn't full-time for me. I'm also a college student and sometimes it's really hard finding that balance of handling both.

The reason I bring this up is... the other weekend, I wore a white shift dress that was gifted to me last year and wasn't in stock anymore. Yes, there are times when I sometimes find myself only wanting to wear and post outfits that I can make commission off of.

But lately, I find myself realizing it's not all about the money. I know some people work full-time off their blog and it pays their bills, and hey, that's great. But sometimes, I just want to wear a cute dress (even if it's old, even if it's not in stock, even if it's not available) and post it. Regardless of the fact that I will not receive a commission or anything.

I get caught up in social media all day everyday.
As a social influencer, it's my job to be alert, know what's going on, and keep you readers updated. Now with that being said, there should always be a balance. It's not healthy to constantly be refreshing all. the. time.

What's your take on all this?
And again, I do apologize that this dress is no longer in stock. I love the sunflower print! But I did definitely link up some cute options down below :)
