Damsel in Distressed (Jeans)

Every so often I come across a colored wall, and naturally, I get pretty ecstatic about it. Maybe it's the "blogger" in me, but it's kind of equivalent to winning a free getaway trip to the Bahamas. Or for all my fellow Tar Heels, giving phase 1 Duke tickets to a Carolina basketball fan. Okay, maybe that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the idea.

If there's something I could propose for the town of Chapel Hill, it would be to add more colored walls to the area. Colored walls are my thing.
You know what else is my thing? Well, besides these sneakers. Baseball caps.
They're acne concealers, perfect for bad hair days, useful for trying-to-avoid-people days, and they give off a sporty but chic vibe to any outfit. A definite win in my book.

I was feeling a bit bold when compiling this look together. After shooting, I realized I liked the mix of textures and patterns of this outfit. It's unique to the sense that I normally wouldn't pair these pieces together, but if there's something blogging has taught me, it's that confidence is key.
If there's something you want to try with your look and it works, rock it.
