A Little Reminder From the Weekend...

I'm at the point in the semester where I'm just... done.
Don't worry, the motivation to finish out the semester strong is still there. I know what I need to do and what it takes to make it through, but my mind is just set on summer.
Every so now and then, I'll take a break from all the busy work around me and just imagine living in New York City (even if it is temporary) and simply, smile.
I know it's only a month and a half away, but you all probably know by now that patience has never been my strong suit.

I went home for Easter weekend, and kind of had this "moment" where I just felt the need to forget about all the workload I had for school and spend it with my family. We had a blast. From watching  UNC basketball games, ordering pizza, to attending Easter service... you can say it was quite a weekend. We also ended up watching Allegiant (if you haven't seen it already, GO WATCH IT) and even managed to shoot this look before it started to rain.

If there's anything you get out of this post, just remember to spend time with your family. And cherish every minute of it. Even if it's occasionally sending them a text every now and then. A simple hi. A how are you. I miss you.
Seriously. A little effort goes a long way.

Thanks for stopping by!

You can never go wrong with a white-on-white look when you're in a wardrobe rut. Tuck in the front of your white button-down and play with a pop of color. Such as this Henri Bendel satchel bag. One of my favorite colors for spring.

How fun is this plaid elbow patch on this jacket?! So cute.
