Hump Day Blues

Would you believe me if I told you these were taken right after a severe thunderstorm?

Flash flood warning and all... the weather has been dreary as of late, and I cannot wait for all these storms to pass over. I can only handle so many stormy summer nights, you know?

Luckily, I was indoors with my gal pal Casey and a few other friends watching the Women's Fifa World Cup semi-finals during the storm. 

As for the outfit...

I've been gravitating towards this royal blue shade ever since these wedges arrived in the mail. Do you ever get a odd realization that you own a lot of the same color in your wardrobe? *hand raise*

Thanks to Maude Boutique, this silk blouse is a new addition to my wardrobe, and it provides all the comfort a blouse really needs. It's also perfect to dress it down with denim shorts tucked in the front.
