Tulle Skirt for Spring

I've been having a serious seersucker moment as of late. Remember this post here? It was still mildly chilly out last weekend, so I layered up in this seersucker vest and paired it with my tulle skirt. This vest is pretty light and still a great way to transition from winter to spring. I'm thinking about wearing it with white jeans, sandals, and possibly a tee for a late night stroll.
