Lady In Red
I've always wanted a red dress. For the longest time.
It wasn't until this year that I decided to stop convincing myself I didn't need one and to finally make the purchase. I believe that every girl should own a LRD 'little red dress' in their closet. Most people live by the rule 'when in doubt, wear black' when it comes to holiday party attire. I believe red is a bold color to opt for for the holidays as well. I decided to bust out this comfy halter dress that I wore for my Halloween costume (here) paired with a slick leather jacket and these OTK boots on repeat.
Who knew that shopping for a dress to wear on Halloween would motivate me to finally go through with it?

^ I... love this quote. I wish they were my words, but they're not. But it's so true. With the holidays in full swing, we tend to overlook the good people in our lives. Even though this should not just apply for the holidays, I believe it serves as a reminder for us all that we should be kind to people. Anyone, in general. After all, you never know what kind of battles they are fighting.
