It also explains why I purchased this designer watercolor skirt. I love the structure and flare and it's perfect to twirl in (which... by the way, I twirled and twirled despite all the people staring in my direction - ha! #fashionbloggerprobs).
I've received a lot of comments about this skirt I'm wearing on Instagram. Unfortunately, I bought it in South Korea in a designer boutique called Dewl. It was inside a mall similar to New York City's Saks Fifth Avenue (it had 10 floors, I meeean...), and I'm sad to say that I couldn't find the exact skirt anywhere else!
