Blog Collab: Styling Sequins
Today I'm teaming up with Maggie from Moda & the Mar to show you how we style our sequins. With the holidays right around the corner, there's nothing I love more than incorporating a little sequin statement into my wardrobe. I've always wanted a gold sequin skirt for the longest time and when I found this one {here in black}, I just knew the purchase had to be made.
Nonetheless, I've been following Maggie on instagram for quite some time now and her outfit posts are quite the inspiration overload. I love how she crafts her looks together and pairs the right accessories for it. I love how Maggie styled her sequin skirt with a knit sweater and booties, while I opted for a layered plaid look (with this vintage Chanel pin as an early Christmas present that I just had to open...oops!) and cobalt blue heels. P.S. ADORE these fleece tights that Kushyfoot sent over to me. They're the only tights that I own that are cozy and warm enough to wear outdoors in the cold weather without my legs freezing.
