Bows Were the Days
A few weeks back, I made a quick stop to Sugarland on Franklin St. on the way home from an exhausting day. It's really hard to resist Sugarland, all thanks to the sweet ice cream cone mannequins right outside the window.
Macarons are the easiest way to any girl's my heart. Ask anyone that knows me and they'll tell you all about my macaron obsession. Maybe it has to do with the fact that as a Gossip Girl addict (remember here + here + here, oh yeah, if you haven't gotten enough of it, then here too), Blair Waldorf claimed them as her faves, or maybe it also has to do with the fact that these decadent treats come in various bright, bold colors and well... I like bright, bold colors.
The flavors were pumpkin spice, blue moon, red velvet + salted caramel.
And let's just say that for four macarons, it surely took me at least half an hour to finish them. #tooTOOgood
