Rule of Peplum
I hear the line 'when all else fails, wear red,' used more often than not. When all else fails (for me), I opt for a black and white combo. It's simple, yet elegant at the same time. You can do no wrong with a black and white clean and polished look. Especially on a rainy day. Which, by the way, has been too frequent in Fayetteville this summer.
