The End of 4 Years -- FTS Graduation

Surely, the whole world probably knows that I graduated yesterday at noon, thanks to the billion times I've posted either on my blog, instagram, twitter...(hashtag: every existing social network -- except Vine. I don't do Vine. Mainly because I hate how low my voice sounds on video).
Nonetheless, my hair was actually curled and beautiful before I realized that I would be running (in heels) through the pouring rain towards the Crown Coliseum. People were soaking wet, mascara was running, and others were squeezing out the rain from their gowns. It was quite the mess.
But even if we had to graduate in monsoon weather, we were all able to step out in the humid outdoors, take photos with one other and enjoy the company of our classmates that we've grown up with through the years. Until it started pouring again...that is.

I am more than thrilled to say that I am officially a Terry Sanford graduate. These past four years I've experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly. But now, I'm anticipating freshman year at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a big smile.

I'm ready for you, college. Bring it.

{ I also have my sweet older sister to thank. She drove all the way to Fayetteville yesterday morning to watch me graduate, and then drove back to Chapel Hill later that night. Best sister I could ever ask for }
