 After purchasing these cobalt beauties for only $8 at Target a few days ago, I was ecstatic to pair them with a dress the following Sunday. There was the option of a pair of purple pumps, but then after giving it much thought (because that's what I do when it comes to shoes), I decided that cobalt blue was more appropriate.
