Am I just about the only one who feels like dressing up on rainy days?

There's something so appealing about the pitter patter of rain hitting the cement sidewalks that makes me want to throw on a dress, some rain boots, accessorize and splash in puddles. I wore this outfit the last few weeks of February. My birthday to be exact. It was seriously one of the best days ever. Credits go to my dearest best friend who has recently been taking most of all my blog pictures. She's not only amazing, but so very supportive in all that I do. What would I do without her?

P.S. I'm getting two photo shoots done professionally this weekend and I am still hesitant on my choice of attire. Any help, ladies?
